The proceedings of IAU symposia are routinely published by the Cambridge University Press, and IAUS 365 is not an exception. To collect the individual papers that will make up our volume of the Proceedings, the online submission system, ScholarOne, will be used. The site of this system has already been set up for our symposium. All the authors are asked to submit their contribution here: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau and select the relevant symposium from the drop down. A package containing a guide-sample-template LaTeX file can be downloaded from here. If you use BibTex to compose the reference list, be sure to include in the package a bib-file describing all literary sources according to bibtex rules. Please note that the sample illustratiion contained in this package is not related to the text of the guide.
If needed, please consult the ScholarOne Manuscript Support FAQs: https://clarivate.com/webofsciencegroup/support/scholarone-manuscripts/
Originally, a page limit of 4 pages for contributed papers (irrespective of the presentation mode) and 8 pages for invited talks was specified. However, this may prove to be insufficient in many cases. For this reason, you may use somewhat more pages; we only ask you to let the editors (Alexander Getling and Leonid Kitchatinov) know your estimate of the length of the manuscript as soon as this estimate can be made.
The papers should be submitted no later than on 15 January 2024, so as to ensure the submission of the whole volume by 25 January 2024.
