Almost all local transportation will be organized by LOC (airport transfers, excursions, banquet, etc.). You will be picked up at the Yerevan Zvartnots International Airport (code: EVN), and transfer to your hotels will be made. And the same for the departures.

Our cars/taxis will pick you up 2.5 hours before the flight time.
Typical transfer time is 20 minutes.
Our drivers will meet you at the airport arrival hall with a banner «IAU Symposium 365» (see here). Please do not miss them; in case you do not notice the banner, please do not leave the area and try to look for the driver carefully and wait a little (in case the driver is late, especially if your arrival time was earlier than planned). As for local transportation, there are many buses and microbuses at your service (which run every few minutes but not very regularly). Taxis are cheap; typically, 400-600 AMD (1-1.5 EUR) for 1 km. Taxis are also serving to go outside Yerevan and in this case the cost is either by the distance (calculating the kilometers with the same rate) or you should agree the price before your travel.
